David Wohl is a partner in Weil’s Corporate Department and is based in the firm’s New York office. Wohl represents sponsors and underwriters in structuring and launching new open- and closed-end investment companies, business development companies, employees’ securities companies and investment advisory and broker-dealer firms. He also provides general corporate and regulatory advice to registered investment companies, private funds, investment advisers and broker-dealers, including extensive experience with the SEC and FINRA.
