Chad Hemenway Joins Advisen as Managing Editor

Hemenway to Lead Editorial Team and Continued Growth of Original Content

NEW YORK – December 3, 2013 – Advisen Ltd., the single source solution for insurance intelligence, today announced the appointment of Chad Hemenway as Managing Editor within the Research and Editorial (R&E) division. Hemenway leads the editorial team that publishes original news articles, white papers, and other custom research. Chad is also charged with ensuring that quality content is delivered to Advisen’s high standards. He reports to Rebecca Bole, Director of Editorial Products & Strategy.

Hemenway has almost 15 years of journalist experience at a variety of online, daily, and weekly publications. He has covered P&C insurance news since 2007, and he has experience writing about all P&C lines as well as regulation and litigation. Prior to Advisen, he was News Editor and a Reporter at PC360, the property casualty arm of Summit Professional Networks. Hemenway’s experience also includes feature stories for National Underwriter on industry trends and on topics such as liability exposure in sports related to concussions, the West, Texas fertilizer plant explosion, and Superstorm Sandy. Hemenway previously worked at A.M. Best Co.
