Dennis Sauer is Executive Vice President and Director of Operations. He joined Advisen in 2005 and brings more than 30 years of experience in leadership, team building, and working within organizations of all sizes. Dennis is responsible for fulfillment of client deliverables, management of content research, continued growth of our proprietary datasets, and for the operations of three regional offices in the United States and the Philippines.
Dennis was previously the Chief Operations Officer at The Electron Factory, an entrepreneurial data processing services firm, for which he grew operations by 40%. Prior to his business experiences, he served on active duty for 20 years in the United States Marine Corps, highlighted by a two-year assignment as a Drill Instructor at Parris Island, and on the staff of the Commander in Chief, European Command. His final military assignment was instructor of NROTC at Villanova, University of Pennsylvania, Drexel, and Temple.
Dennis uniquely matriculated into the University of Pennsylvania’s graduate program, without having earned an undergraduate bachelor’s degree, where he attained a Master of Science in Organizational Dynamics.
He is based in Kennett Square, PA.
