IICF Women in Insurance Global Conference

The Insurance Industry Charitable Foundation (IICF) invites you to join the conversation and explore the impact of many of today’s most innovative diversity, inclusion and leadership topics as we convene the insurance industry for our fourth Women in Insurance Global Conference. Held June 12-14 at the Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel before an anticipated international audience of 750 women and men, the 2019 Women in Insurance Global Conference will deliver three days of leading global experts and engaging panel discussions, along with interactive workshops and stellar networking opportunities.

As an action-driven platform, this conference will empower attendees to implement practical ideas and solutions in their own professional lives, while providing insight on issues impacting the workplace, including gender equity in a changing world – this year’s conference theme.

Since its inception in 2013, the IICF Women in Insurance Global Conference has drawn more than 6,000 men and women. As industry professionals continue to tackle issues related to a more diverse workforce, conferences exploring leadership strategies and the impact of innovation on the workplace are increasingly important. The importance of attending these conferences is examined in this Harvard Business Review article: Do Women’s Networking Events Move the Needle on Equality

This year’s program has attracted renowned speakers from around the globe, including:
