Aircraft Builder’s Council, Inc. released a white paper that presents the rationale for why aircraft parts manufacturers should strongly consider purchasing aviation liability insurance. It also highlights the need to transfer their risk to sophisticated insurers, who are empowered to provide, at a competitive cost, an aviation insurance policy which can meet these needs. The free, 2-page paper was written by the Aircraft Builders Council.
Founded in 1955 at a time when aviation products liability coverage was in its infancy and not readily available on the open markets, the Aircraft Builders Council (ABC) has provided insurance solutions for aircraft parts manufacturers amid a challenging and ever-changing environment for the past 60 years.
Now offering policies with a limit up to USD1.5 billion, written on a policy form which is constantly reviewed to ensure it meets the needs of insureds, the ABC has constantly adapted and been continually ready to provide manufacturers with aviation liability insurance solutions.
