Emerging D&O Claims Risks

While the count of merger objection and derivative lawsuits is declining, the variety of case causes impacting D&O policies continues to expand. This session will explore emerging claims sources including patent infringement, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), the Video Privacy Protection Act (VPPA) and False Claims Act. Each of these areas of law has existed for a number of years, they are emerging as a source of concern for D&O underwriters.
