Registration opens for 3rd annual Spencer 5K FunRun presented by Sedgwick

Foundation sets $100,000 FunRun goal to further support risk management education

2017 race features new CEO challenge and virtual training community

NEW YORK, Dec. 6, 2016 – The Spencer Educational Foundation announced that registration is now open for the third annual Spencer 5K FunRun presented by Sedgwick. Set along the picturesque backdrop of Lloyd Hall in Fairmount Park, the 2017 FunRun will commence on Tuesday, April 25, at 6:45 a.m. in Philadelphia during the RIMS 2017 Annual Conference & Exhibition.  The event is presented by Sedgwick, the leading global provider of technology-enabled risk and benefits solutions, and will benefit the Foundation’s scholarships, internship grants and other experiential learning opportunities.

Participants can register individually or as a corporate team. Individual registration is $35 before Feb. 15 using the code EarlyRunner17 ($50 after that date) and can be accessed online. Team registration is $1,000 and provides entry into the new Corporate and CEO Cup races sponsored by Advisen.
